Parent Teacher Evening 27th March 4pm - 7pm

Parent/Teacher interviews have been arranged for Monday 27th March, from 4pm until 7pm. As many Teachers as possible will be available for interview by appointment. Interviews will be conducted in the School Gym and are of 5 minutes duration.

To co-ordinate the interviews we have employed an online booking system to assist parents in securing their preferred interview times. The procedure is as follows:

  • If you wish to see any of your child’s teachers, you need to secure an interview time using this system.  If you do not have access to the internet, your local library may be able to help, or alternatively you can call the school office on 61 423888 between 9am and 3pm.
  • The booking system will only be accessible from 4.00pm 22th March to 2.00pm 27th March (you will still be able to view and print your booking schedule until midnight).  No interview requests will be accepted outside of these times.

Please follow the link below to access the booking system

As a part of this process you need to register with a web based service provider. Registering with this requires that some personal information about the student in your care and yourself is divulged. This may include: Student Name, Year group and email address. To ensure that we comply with the Commonwealth Privacy Act (1988), we need to seek your permission for the use of these sites. It’s important that you understand the reasons that these websites collect this information, what will be done with it and who else may have access to it. When you log onto the parent portal you will be asked to Accept the Privacy Policy of Focus computing. If you do not agree, or do not wish to register on this web site please contact the front office to organise a time for your parent teacher interviews.

Teachers may request an interview with you if they feel there is a matter of importance which should be discussed. Parent teacher interviews are a valuable form of communication, so we encourage all families to attend.

We encourage your child to accompany you to the interview as this often assists the discussion and clarification of outcomes.
